I saw that Raw. I don't think anyone was that loud for him when he came out.

You mean that massive confetti rainfall with older women hugging eachother w/ a "2010" label wasn't a part of Grandmaster's return pop??!?!??!

So i must play 1 KL match every day? No way to complete it in 1 day right?

no. only way to complete is doing the daily challenge 10 times (meaning 10 days)

They still should have shown more than drawings of the other characters, plus announced all of the Kombat Pack characters, so people could make an informed decision on buying the Kombat Pack! It's really messed up how they continuously expect people to buy things without knowing what they're buying!

wat? they said what you're getting. these chars aren't coming out for at least a month and Spawn is definitely coming after the summer.

Oh really? So who else are we getting besides Shang, Sindel, Nightwolf, and Spawn?

How do I punish them?

Practice it. Start by blocking low and since it's reset you can try counter poking. Although most try to condition you to poke d1/d3 and go for a "tick throw". in this case after blocking the poke (or sometimes even getting hit) don't block. Their throw will whiff completely if you're not blocking and crouching and can do a uppercut krushing blow. If you are getting uppercut because you're jumping then you're the one "spamming" jumps and it's a free counterplay. if you are not, simply bait him into doing one and crouch (no block). and similar to throws, it's a full punish.

It takes time to get the muscle memory down, so don't get lazy and try to hit the lab for a while to get used to the patterns. otherwise you will get gimmicked to death on ranked.

So they are saying that Ninja is suppose to single-handedly carry Fortnite forever?? That seems unlikely. As much as Ninja has done for the game there is no way that he will be able to carry that game forever let alone for EVERY event that Epic cooks up.

Not forever, but Ninja is hands down the poster boy for competitive Fortnite and almost in general right now. Epic is obviously targeting the kid-teen demographic and Ninja has been their golden child in helping Fortnite become "acceptable" for parents. The amount of positive PR Ninja has done for Epic/Fortnite the past year has been extremely beneficial to everyone since parents are in general non-gamers and are usually anti-gaming when it comes to playing for long periods of time or thinking it replaces the social aspect of growth. However when they see Ninja on the news talking about the Fortnite phenomenon and how much of a positive role model he is (Very professional and enlightening to the public how gaming can not just only be a successful career for some but a positive social experience.) and it really has a butterfly effect on the long run.

No offense to Tfue or anyone else, but you can just tell these people aren't positive role models. Especially when it comes to non-gaming communities. Untll someone can replicate NInja's formula (Similar to how Nickmercs does it, but he targets an older audience with his content but is very PR friendly and professional if need be.) it's going to be a hard time for Epic to re-create that magic.

Man I'm not one to be a hater but Kitty definitely gotta figure out this hosting/interviewing gig for Epic to keep throwing bones at her like this w/ opportunities. Lazar was playing a character and trying to create a "feud" between Nick and him and Kitty was not having it nervously laughing and freaking out after he didn't deliver a canned "yea gg man" response. Meanwhile asking a dumb question like "lol so u have no chance of winning" and Lazar basically saying what anyone else with a brain would : "We aren't winning so we are going to grief the fish team" and she almost had a mental breakdown.

It's just kinda sad to watch. They actually have personalities like Celebrities that are used to the camera work to like Xavier Woods who carried the interview and they just go for some painful questions.

Not to mention that Trips would always cover the head of the sledgehammer with his hand CLEARLY so he wouldn’t hurt the other guy.

That’s just a piece of kayfabe I could never get behind.

I could. I mean it's pretty clear that someone is not going to straight up murder someone on live television. When he would cover it with his hand it was basically saying this could kill you, but I'm doing the most damage possible w/o actually killing you instead.

Some of the 'threat' spots w. it is kinda trash though.

6 staff members were watching and it was all good. Why you mad?
